StairliftChoice.co.uk operates a lead-generation and enquiry service. It allows people interested in a stairlift to provide information about their circumstances so that their enquiry may be passed to a relevant stairlift provider.

2. How Our Service Works

• You provide information about yourself, your home and your staircase through the enquiry form.
• Your enquiry may be checked, processed and passed to a relevant stairlift provider.
• A stairlift provider receiving the enquiry may contact you directly to discuss your circumstances, requirements and possible stairlift options.
• Any survey, quotation, recommendation, sale, installation or other service offered by a stairlift provider is separate from StairliftChoice.co.uk.
• Haven Marketing Ltd is not a party to any contract you later enter into with a stairlift provider.

3. Eligibility

• Be submitting an enquiry relating to a property in the United Kingdom
• Have authority to provide the information you submit

If you submit an enquiry on behalf of another person, you should have their authority to provide their personal information and to request contact in relation to the stairlift enquiry.

• Your enquiry being sent to a provider that is unable to assist with your circumstances
• A provider being unable to contact you
• A provider being unable to provide an appropriate quotation, survey or service

Haven Marketing Ltd is not responsible for problems caused by materially incorrect information supplied through the enquiry form.

5. No Guarantee of Stairlift Services

Submitting an enquiry through StairliftChoice.co.uk does not guarantee that a provider will be able to offer you a stairlift, quotation, survey or installation.

Stairlift providers make their own decisions about the properties, staircase configurations, locations and circumstances they can serve.

• Availability of any stairlift product or service
• Suitability of a particular stairlift for your home
• Price quoted by a stairlift provider
• Timescale for surveys, supply or installation
• Outcome of any assessment carried out by a provider

6. Stairlift Providers

Stairlift providers receiving enquiries through our service are independent businesses.

Our current stairlift provider partner is Mobility Marketing Services Ltd, trading as Affordable Stairlifts (Company No. 14171703). Where Affordable Stairlifts is selected to receive your enquiry, it may contact you directly to discuss your circumstances, requirements and possible stairlift options.

• Products supplied by a stairlift provider
• Surveys or assessments performed by a provider
• Advice or recommendations made by a provider
• Prices, quotations or payment terms offered by a provider
• Installation work carried out by a provider
• Warranties, maintenance or after-sales service
• Contracts entered into directly between you and a stairlift provider

Before purchasing a stairlift, you should review the provider's quotation, terms, warranty information and any other contractual documentation carefully.

Any concern about work or services supplied by a provider should normally be raised directly with that provider.

7. Cost of Using StairliftChoice

There is no charge to you for submitting an enquiry through StairliftChoice.co.uk.

Haven Marketing Ltd operates StairliftChoice.co.uk as a commercial lead-generation service and may receive payment from stairlift providers in connection with enquiries, introductions or resulting business.

This commercial arrangement does not create a fee payable by you to Haven Marketing Ltd for submitting the enquiry.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Decisions made independently by a stairlift provider
• Products or services supplied by a stairlift provider
• A provider being unable or unwilling to assist with an enquiry
• Information, quotations or representations made by an independent provider
• Incorrect or incomplete information supplied by a user
• Circumstances outside Haven Marketing Ltd's reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot legally be excluded.
